HOW DO YOUR FEES WORK?

As a Buyer's Agent, you do not pay us to work with you on the selection, negotiation, contract submission and overall oversight of the transaction up to closing.
As Listing Agents, we are paid by the Seller for the successful sale of their property.
There is no fee whatsoever for our Free Homebuyer Counseling Service, Free Market Analysis and Free Credit Counseling.

CAN YOU GUARANTEE ME A SUCCESSFUL SALE?

We are matchmakers, matching qualified Buyers and Sellers. The key to a successful sale is to price the property well, make sure that it is properly staged and ready for showings, and last but not least, experience. We have years of experience in real estate not only on the sales side but also on the lending side, which arms us with all the tools needed to anticipate any posible issues, remediate them, and see the transaction through closing.

HOW MANY HOMES SHOULD I LOOK AT BEFORE I MAKE A PURCHASING DECISION?

We are led by a very spiritual Broker who believes in following your gut instincts. You may see 100 properties but none feel good until you see your 101st; conversely, the very first one you see might feel like "the one." Follow and trust your instincts, they are usually right!
